Gemma Woodall

Gemma spends the majority of her time helping sponsors of pensions scheme understand the risks and develop strategies to manage their pension schemes. She has a large number of not for profit and charitable clients and advises them on the full spectrum of pensions solutions.
Jen Norris
Senior Manager, Isio
Jen advises a range of charities and other sponsors to help manage their pension costs and liabilities, as well as being a financial coach to individual employees. Her career has included a secondment to a charity, meaning she has a unique perspective on the advice she delivers.
Dave Clarke
Managing Director, Interpath Advisory
Dave leads Interpath’s Employer Covenant team. He has over 20 years’ experience as a Restructuring professional and has delivered/overseen over 500 employer covenant reviews. He has regular contact with the Pension Regulator through case work and discussion of application of covenant guidance/legislation. Dave supports a number of Not-For-Profit organisations ranging from charities to research organisations, helping them find long term funding solutions for their defined benefit pension schemes.

Kate has more than 12 years of experience as a pensions lawyer advising clients on both day to day issues and how to adapt to regulatory and commercial changes. Kate has a number of not for profit and charity clients and jointly leads the CMS Charity Pensions Group.
