About the Academy

Our Academy is a comprehensive development programme designed to shape skilled, knowledgeable, and confident Pensions Administrators. Through expert training and hands-on experience, you’ll gain a strong understanding of pensions administration while learning how to deliver exceptional service to members.

From day one, you’ll be supported by experienced professionals who are committed to your development and helping you build a successful and sustainable career.

Pensions technical training: Training is delivered by experienced professionals, with each module combining classroom learning and practical application to build strong pensions technical capability.

Competency matrix framework: Training modules are aligned to a structured skills and competency matrix, with clear progression standards and end-of-module assessments. The framework is also designed to provide training and support towards the PMI Certificate in Pension Calculations (CPC), which you will undertake alongside your training.

Mentorship and professional development: Dedicated mentors provide ongoing coaching, supporting the development of both pensions technical expertise and key professional skills, including communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and sound judgement.
