29 May 2025: Isio has successfully connected its first pension scheme to the Pensions Dashboards ecosystem, marking a major step towards the industry-wide goal of transforming how savers access and engage with their retirement savings. The achievement builds on collaboration between Isio, the scheme’s trustees, and technology provider Equisoft.

While many in the industry are focused on the technical connection deadline of October 2026, Isio is urging trustees to think beyond compliance and use the dashboards rollout as a springboard for broader transformation. Isio warns that dashboards will likely lead to a surge in member questions, from under-saving concerns to confusion about multiple pension entitlements, and schemes must be prepared to respond.

Isio is developing tools to help trustees and employers communicate the benefits of Dashboards to members, fostering engagement and financial literacy.
