I’ve had many different roles over the years working at SNL, Arthur Andersen, PwC and latterly KPMG/Isio. I’ve always advised DB scheme sponsors and trustees on actuarial issues but the latter half of my career at KPMG and Isio has focussed on trustee advice, having been a Scheme Actuary for the past 15 years.

Over 2016 to 2024 I led and built Enplan, our DB operational consolidation solution. Enplan is a different way to run a DB scheme providing everything you need in one place: governance, secretarial, actuarial, investment and administration as well as strategic oversight and journey planning.

Since the end of 2024, I’ve taken on the role of Head of Trustee Services. This means I oversee our wider strategy in terms of all that we do for DB scheme trustees (professional or otherwise). I also help steer the future of our service offerings to this market working, particularly, with IPTs. I still act as Scheme Actuary to around half a dozen schemes so am involved in the day-to-day running of some schemes as well as the oversight of the wider trustee business.
