I’m Gemma and joined Isio (as a KPMG graduate) over 20 years ago. I am now the Office Head for Croydon and a Director with in our Actuarial and Consulting business and mainly advise sponsors and trustees on all things pensions. I look after our offering for charities and also lead our governance consulting team.
Being a consultant isn’t just about bringing solutions to your problems. It’s about foreseeing the problems before they arise and presenting the solution in a way that meets your specific needs.

During my time at Isio (KPMG) I have had many roles. I have been seconded to clients, worked on M&A, had a secondment at The Pensions Regulator, worked on some of our largest and most complicated clients and experienced the full breadth of services that we offer. I currently advise sponsors in the mid-market on all things pensions. I enjoy building long lasting and trusted relationships and am proud that many of my clients have been with me for over 10 years. Internally I look after our partnership with our national Charity and have a passion for talent management. I am responsible for our Governance consulting team and sponsor a number of our internal employee networks.
