I love solving problems (life would be a bit boring if we didn’t have any, right?). The more challenging the better!

I am a Scheme Actuary and lead the growth of our Trustee Services proposition in the Scottish market. I also sit on our national Trustee Services leadership team.

One of my favourite aspects of working at Isio is seeing the development and personal growth of our up and coming colleagues. We are really lucky to have such a talented team, which means we can bring real strength and depth when working with our clients.

Since the move to Isio, we have been appointed as Scheme Actuary to 7 new clients in the Scottish market. We have a growing local team, including seven strategically minded Scheme Actuaries. We are challenging the status quo, providing an alternative to the more traditional consultancies.
