I lead Isio’s Covenant Solutions team alongside Paul Geeson. My background includes corporate restructuring, M&A, and lender advisory before specialising over 15 years ago to support trustees and sponsors of DB pension schemes in all aspects of employer covenant advice.
Every DB pension scheme sponsor is different, and this diversity means I have been lucky enough to drive a wide variety of bespoke solutions from scheme rescues to contingent funding arrangements. Making sure that a commercial understanding of the position and prospects of the sponsor provides the foundation for a scheme’s strategy, which incorporating the nuances of the sponsor’s industry from manufacturing to professional services, and financial services to energy. I support clients with robust, clear advice working collaboratively to achieve solutions for my clients.
