I started my career as a trainee actuary, advising trustees of defined benefit pension schemes in 2001. I am Scheme Actuary to around 10 schemes and head of the Isio Leeds Office. My role as office head is to lead growth of the business in Yorkshire and to develop the culture in the Leeds team.

I am impressed with Richard’s ability to talk to people at every level. I felt you gained a really good insight in to the key business topics and had I not been able to attend important meetings, I had confidence that you would speak with my voice/my words.
