On the 14th November the Chancellor delivered her inaugural Mansion House speech tipped as an overhaul to Britain’s pension fund industry. Following on from the Budget at the end of October, the speech included more detail on the next steps for pensions reform with potential implications for DC schemes, LGPS, trust based DB schemes and the bulk purchase annuity industry.
