Dan Thomas is Chief Executive Officer of Isio, having taken up the role in September 2026. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across professional services, consulting, outsourcing and business transformation.

Throughout his career, Dan has held senior leadership positions with organisations including KPMG, Dell, Huntswood and Management Consulting Group. He has extensive experience working with private equity-backed businesses, supporting growth strategies, commercial transformation and innovation initiatives.

Most recently, he helped shape the go-to-market strategy for Unity Advisory, an AI-native advisory firm. Dan is passionate about helping organisations achieve sustainable growth through innovation, technology and high-performing teams.
