I lead Isio’s technology strategy and delivery, using technology, data and AI to create scalable solutions that improve client outcomes, drive efficiency and support the firm’s growth. My remit spans infrastructure, cyber security, service desk, IT governance, development and testing, the pensions systems clients rely on, and the technology integration behind Isio’s acquisitions. I joined Isio five years ago, having previously led change and IT teams across a range of financial services organisations, and I am also Isio’s Belfast office lead.

Technology should be invisible to clients but obvious in the outcomes: faster answers, better data, and advice they can act on with confidence. That’s what we’re building at Isio.
