I am Chief of Staff at Isio, working alongside our Chief Executive on the executive agenda and helping turn our growth strategy into delivery. I joined in 2025 as Strategy Execution Director to strengthen the operating model, leading work on commercial focus, property and facilities, before taking on the Chief of Staff role in 2026. Before Isio, I spent 18 years at Aon, including time on the Executive Committee, leading operations teams across the Investment, Actuarial and Pensions Administration business.

Every firm has a strategy. The difference is whether it gets delivered. My role is making ours stick, so clients get better service and more of their problems solved.
