I am the Scotland Market Lead for Isio, with leadership responsibilities for growing our Scottish business across pensions, employee benefits and wealth.
I also advise pension scheme trustees and scheme sponsors, primarily in relation to their defined benefit pension strategy. I bring a pragmatic approach, helping clients achieve their objectives in a cost-efficient way.
One of my favourite aspects of working at Isio is seeing the development and personal growth of our up and coming colleagues. We are really lucky to have such a talented team, which means we can bring real strength and depth when working with our clients.
