Hi I’m Karen, I’m a pensions actuary and adviser with over 20 years of experience.

I provide a wide range of strategic pensions advice to corporate clients covering funding, journey planning, surplus management and transaction support. I also advise companies and trustees on specialist projects such as asset-backed funding structures and member options.

I am passionate about developing talent and another important part of my role is coaching and mentoring members of our team. I work part-time (4 days a week) and am part of our Role Models programme.
