I’ve worked in pensions for around 20 years now, and have been lucky enough to have worked with many interesting colleagues and clients.

Over that time my work became more and more insurance focused – until having my daughter 3 years ago, and subsequently returning from parental leave, I moved 100% to insurance work. I enjoy the specialist nature of the insurance industry, meeting and helping Trustees and Sponsors on their final most important stage of their journey.

The last year or so has focused on developing PenUltimate Micro, from conceiving the idea to developing it into a real working product. Isio supports challenge to every step of the insurance journey, which is what has allowed us to develop a completely different model.

It’s the most satisfying period of my career to date to see something move from an idea to insuring schemes, and receiving feedback which shows PenUltimate Micro making a real difference to the people we work with.
