I’m Karen, having started my career in pensions over 20 years ago I’m now a Partner specialising in insurance and risk settlement. I help both trustees and employers plan and implement risk settlement strategies to secure member benefits through buy-ins, buyouts and superfund transfers.

The decision to insure is a significant milestone in a scheme’s history. Our role is to make sure you are confident in your decision and insure with the right insurer, at the right price and at the right time.

I joined Isio in 2023 as part of the merger with the Deloitte pension team. I had joined Deloitte as Head of Pension Risk Transfer in September 2022, and I’m now one of the senior leaders of our specialist risk settlement team which combines the experiences and ideas of the specialist teams of Deloitte and Isio.
