I believe that the journey to retirement should start early.  The sooner you start to prepare and think about what you want retirement to look like, the better the chance of achieving it, and the lower the stress to get there! Stopping work is a major step and we want to make it as simple and straightforward as possible.  The member is at the centre of everything we do.  Their retirement matters.  We have a number of innovative solutions but ultimately it is all about people.

We use a number of tools to help members but the key is the skill of the adviser to gain trust and confidence.  This allows us to put ourselves in their shoes and find out what really matters.

I have managed teams in this area for some time and am always learning.  We always seek to improve and get better.

Our team is highly qualified and I am a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and that allows me to understand the complex and keep it simple and understandable for members.
