I joined Isio following the acquisition of Premier Pensions Management, where I was one of the Directors and led the Employee Benefits team. I was also responsible for IT and HR at board level and this gave me highly valuable insight into the importance of employee engagement and how attitudes to the workplace have evolved since Covid. I’m passionate about building strong, diverse teams and helping our clients achieve their HR goals and People objectives. My expertise covers all aspects of pensions and employee benefits, with particular focus on benefits technology and employee engagement. I’m also responsible for our 200 plus colleagues based in Croydon.
