I am a Partner and the Head of DC Pensions at Isio, advising employers, trustees and joint working groups on all aspects of DC design and governance. As well as heading our market-leading DC consultancy team, I act as Office Head for our Birmingham team, where I strive to create an inclusive and collaborative environment for everyone so we are always set up to deliver the best possible services to our clients.
