I am a specialist in multi-employer Defined Benefit schemes (including LGPS, SHPS, SHAPS, TPS, USS) and as a pensions actuary I can help employers lift the bonnet on the finances. But I also have a passion for looking at pensions in the context of the overall benefits offer, helping clients to find a solution which works for them and their people. This means I work across our teams a lot, to make sure we bring the best to our clients. I enjoy innovation and value and getting creative about tricky problems!
