With over 35 years’ experience in the pensions industry, I’ve seen a lot of change and experienced just about everything that the world of pensions has to offer. But certain things never change. The importance of people in everything that we do is as true now as it was 30 years ago.

The strong, lasting relationships that we build with our clients and our colleagues are what make our jobs both more satisfying and, ultimately, more successful. I’ve been privileged to work with some outstanding people and together we’ve achieved fantastic results and had great fun along the way. I’m proud to be a partner in a firm that values people and relationships in the same way that I do.

I was fortunate enough to be able to play a key role in establishing the business and its brand and purpose. I always felt that Trustees and pension scheme members could be better served. So we set out with a purpose to really challenge the established norms of the industry with a clear goal of ‘delivering better outcomes’. This is the phrase that still guides everything that we do in Trustee services and we’re proud to be making a difference to the lives of so many members.
