Isio housing update: Accounting for pensions at 31 March 2024

This year raises specific issues for housing associations with Defined Benefit pension obligations at the 31 March 2024 year end, including recognition of surplus, inflation, discount rates and mortality, as well as in-year items such as the TPT benefit review, SHPS valuation and McCloud.
