I am Kristy, an Actuary and a Director in our Operational Solutions team. I am the Chair of the PASA Data Working Group, and I specialise in supporting pension schemes in operational management and effectiveness.

Good pensions administration and high quality data is an investment, and should be seen as the door to opening up strategic opportunities and better member journeys. Putting a plaster over data or operational issues will only see challenges grow and a pragmatic operational solution could make all the difference in unlocking a better way.
