I like to ensure that we take a pragmatic and pro-active approach with my clients on transactions and covenant related situations.  Ensuring our focus is on advice that can add value and make a meaningful positive change to a situation is very important to me. I understand that my clients want and need advice and guidance to help them through the complex pension covenant and transaction process.  My teams make sure our reports deliver this and then help with the practical steps to implement solutions working closely with other key advisers such as lawyers and bankers.

In difficult situations our clients, both Trustee and Company know that we have the right experience to manage them through the impact of regulation and regulatory review.  Through our extensive experience my teams and I know how to engage and work with the TPR and the PPF in unexpected situations to manage interactions and guide positive outcomes.
