I am Head of Pensions Governance at Isio, which involves advising Trustee Boards and companies on how to run their pension arrangements effectively and efficiently.

Having the correct governance structure in place is key to running pension arrangements effectively and efficiently. For me, it is important to take the ‘noise’ out of the system to allow Trustee Boards to focus on strategic matters by having clear processes and procedures.

For the majority of my clients, I am the Secretary to the Trustee.  However, I also act as the Pensions Manager for a number of our clients who have chosen to outsource the function.
